The reception desk is open from 8.30am to 6.30 pm each weekday to book surgery appointments.

Doctors emergency appointments are made by our Triage Nurse, who is also able to give telephone advice on minor illness complaints.

Home Visits

If you are housebound or too ill to attend the Surgery you can request a home visit. Please telephone the Receptionist before 10.30 am.

Emergency Out of Hours Service

When the surgery is closed for urgent medical advice and attention outside normal surgery hours an out of hours service is provided by South West Lincs Primary Care Trust based at Stamford Hospital until 11 pm and then Grantham Hospital until 8 am.
Peterborough District Hospital is the nearest Accident & Emergency Department.

Dispensary

The surgery offers a dispensing service to patients who live in the surrounding villages in the Practice area.

Opening hours of 8.45am - 6.00 pm Monday to Friday.

Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat Prescriptions can be requested from Dispensary either by telephoning 01780 761307 or by handing in the repeat prescription request form. Two days notice is required for your prescription to be ready. A delivery service is available for housebound patients.

The Stamford Chemists have a collection service, which enables you to fetch your made up prescription from the chemist or request a delivery if you are housebound.

Results

Telephone 01780 764121 in the afternoons. Please allow time for results to be sent back from Pathology Labs. or as advised by your Doctor. You may be asked for an identification number to protect confidentiality. This will be given to you by your GP when the test is requested.
